Dah lunch ke? My routine everyday during lunch hour is sleeping @ power nap! Why???? Tidur sekejap akan menyegarkan akak pada jam yang berikutnya!!! or else, sebelah petang nanti macam ayam berak kapur jer gayanye .... So lunch during weekdays memang jarang sesangat ada dalam hidup akak! Normally kalau lapar sangat barulah lunch ngan pakwe akak kat mana-mana gerai atau fast food restaurant yang berhampiran supaya sempat masuk kerja semula jam 2 ptg.
Well, this week my whole life kat ofis ni dihantui dengan aktiviti RU! Macam bursa saham pun ada jugak rupa meeting room ofis ni! Sana-sini sebut no. dokumen untuk compilation. And today, aktiviti tagging no. dokumen dalam file yang dah siap di'compile'. And today Iman ada tusyen! So, no cooking activities for today. And probably tomorrow Iman will attend the tuition class also .... well ... 2 days of from kitchen! Anyway, Saturday will be a very busy day for me! Why??? Will be shared if got time!
Oklah, before akak gi solat and continue with RU project, akak nak share kek yang semua family members suka dan memang laku kalau buat untuk any function kat sini! Chocolate bottom banana square ni akak buat semasa kita orang buat majlis birthday Iman kelmarin. 3 aduan, dapat 2 loyang saiz 10x10 inci. 1 loyang untuk birthday Iman, 1 loyang lagi akak agihkan untuk makan sendiri di rumah, pulangkan pinggan jiran sebelah dan juga untuk mak. So the whole loyang yang satu lagi memang untuk jamuan dan tapau for my family members. Memang sedap! Walaupun tak de almonds nips, pun habis bersih kek nih!!! So, jika berminat boleh cuba, tak rugi and no harm trying!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter - 113g
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mashed banana (about 3 medium bananas)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt - I used 1 tsp since i used unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa - barry callebaut
- 1 cup chocolate chips - i used both white and chocolate chips
Method
1. In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla, and bananas, beating thoroughly.
2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
3. Divide batter in half. Add the cocoa to one portion of the batter. Spread that portion in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch (I used 9x9) baking dish. Spoon remaining batter on top, swirling gently with butter knife if desired, and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
4. Bake at 170C for 30 minutes or until batter tests done with a toothpick or fork. Cool and cut into 24 squares
